...and just when I thought how
fantastic it was to announce the 28th (31 countries so
far by now) country , our friend
Dmitry (who had also joined us to celebrate
Juliette
Benzoni's 91th birthday in 2011) sent us
three more paperback book covers of
Catherine
in the Ukraine. He confirmed that the books were published in
the Ukraine in 1993, but they are still in Russian and
not yet translated into Ukranian.
We remember that
Ukraine became an Independent State in 1991 when the
Soviet Union dissolved in 1991. Dmitry has promised to
look around to see if he can still discover more details
of the "Catherine books" in the Ukraine.

In Heinemann's
Ltd. original hardcovers (and many other foreign
editions) we see these two beautiful
photos of Juliette Benzoni. The one on the left was
taken by the acclaimed late writer photographer Jerry
Bauer (
1934 -
2010
)
The photo on the right side by another world
famous photographer Sam Lévin. The Lévin photo was Juliette official Autograph card. Sometimes
we can buy them on Ebay nowadays...
